Circle June 1st for 7:30 pm at the PEI Council of The Arts at the old Royal Bank Building for another gathering of the Downtown Residents. Peter Rukavina has agreed to be moderator and we have lined up four or five subjects for discussion. The format will be a presentation by an informed person and then a discussion.
